Magic Within & Around with Amber

Yoga, Journaling & Sound Bath Experience With the whirlwind of the holidays behind us, it is time to go inward and focus on what drives you. During the Magic Within & Around workshop, you have the opportunity to connect mind, body, and spirit. We will spend the evening finding magic through Yoga, followed by journaling, yoga nidra, and sound healing to help you de-stress, reflect, and connect. Become clear about your intentions by stepping out of your comfort zone to discover your ever-flourishing hopes, dreams, and desires. Come and escape the distractions of everyday mundanity and find the magic in yourself. ● Come as you are ● Move at your own pace ● Leave with a deeper connection to self and the magic that has been there all along Arrive with curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to pause long enough to remember: The deepest magic is found in the quiet space within. You do not have to have any experience to attend this workshop. All levels are welcome! Please bring a journal, pen, and blanket. Comfortable clothes for gentle movement are recommended.
