The Food Business Bootcamp® Experience

Get hands-on with food scientists and brand strategists as you work on your own packaged food business and learn from Bootcamp alumni. Don't just learn about building a food business. Experience it. Spend four hours working alongside food scientists and brand strategists as you explore commercial production, develop ideas for your own brand, and learn from founders who have successfully brought their products to market. This interactive experience introduces you to Hudson Kitchen's eight-month Food Business Bootcamp® Startup Accelerator. Rather than simply listening to presentations, you'll participate in guided group exercises that help you apply what you're learning to your own business. What You'll Experience Get Hands-On in the Commercial Kitchen Work with Drexel Food Lab to explore what it takes to move a recipe from the home kitchen to commercial production, including food safety, formulation, and production considerations. Work on Your Own Brand Strategy Work with Opus Hours to explore your target customers, competition, and brand positioning. Through guided group exercises, you'll apply these concepts to your own business and begin identifying what makes your product different.
