Unveil Yourself: A Retreat for Self‑Trust & Ancestral Healing

A 5‑hour retreat for self‑trust, identity healing, somatic awareness, journaling, movement, mask work, and ancestral reflection. In this trauma‑informed and culturally grounded space, you’ll gently explore the masks you wear, the stories you carry, and the parts of yourself ready to be seen with compassion. Through guided journaling, somatic awareness, movement, grounding practices, creative mask work, and ancestral reflection, you’ll reconnect with your authentic self and identify what may be ready to be released, understood, or transformed. This retreat is not about forcing change. It is about slowing down, listening inward, honoring the adaptations that once protected you or protected your ancestors, and choosing what supports who you are becoming now. This is the commencement of "The Healing Arc" Trilogy, a three‑part culturally attuned healing journey, designed for BIPOC and diaspora communities to explore identity, lineage, and boundaries through intentional, reflective, and restorative experiences. You are welcomed to participate in all three or attend the ones you feel are most fitting. It is important for participants to provide their contact information to receive further details. Please provide phone number and email address. Or you can email us directly at [email protected] or visit https://tailoredforchange.com/course/unveil-yourself-retreat and register there. You also have the option of purchasing your ticket ( payment plans available) directly through our website. P.S If you want to get a sense of the themes we'll be exploring, read a few of my posted articles on identity, family roles and personal growth.
