She has always been in awe of the human body- so much so that she chose a career as an ER physician. Her yoga practice has helped deepen her knowledge of the physical body as well as the mind/body connection. She is passionate to share this with her students through mindful alignment-based poses and flow work. When not teaching yoga at Surya or at work she can be found travelling the globe with her husband and 14-month old daughter, Idele… or enjoying a glass of wine at her favorite local winery.
