Career Storytelling at El Paso Warrior Center

Turn your experience into a clear, confident career story for networking, résumés, LinkedIn, and interviews. Your experience matters, but employers and new professional contacts may not immediately understand how it connects to the work they need done. This hands-on workshop helps military spouses, transitioning service members, and veterans translate experience into a concise career story with a clear direction, relevant strengths, and proof. Participants will draft a practical introduction, practice telling it aloud, and leave with language they can adapt for LinkedIn, networking, and interviews. No polished résumé or public-speaking background is required. What to bring: Bring a laptop or notebook. If you have a job posting or target role in mind, bring it for the exercises.
