Trauma informed yoga designed for veterans and active duty service members with chronic pain or mobility issues. Join us in the GECU Estrella Event Space at the Endeavors Health & Wellness Center for a weekly trauma-informed yoga class designed for veterans, active-duty service members, and military family members. Led by certified yoga instructor Lakisha Cortinas, this class offers a welcoming, supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect - at your own pace and in community with others.
