Full description from organizerShow less
Grab a seat to a ritual of theatrics for the first musical release from Opsonize! Expect an evening of live music, shadow puppetry, and the silhouette of a mime. Opsonize is the sound that scores the silence; rock with a little swing to it. “There are two wolves” reveals the inner life of a sickly mime named Dominique. Propelled by a well of despair and insatiable yearning, Dominique reflects on the forces that bind it and…wait, what’s that? Over there? Opsonize is Brigitte Wittmer, Jennifer Femme, Everly Dougherty, and Nat Treloar. Follow us @opsonize.band. Shadow puppetry by Milo Whitson @possomsneeze Please be advised: The Newport Theater is up a flight of stairs with no elevator, but access to a Genesis portable mobile stairlift (rated up to 400 pounds) is available. Please email [email protected] advance of your arrival to coordinate entry and sign a waiver (required by our landlord). There are four single-stall non-gendered restrooms available onsite. All entrants must comply with the Newport Safety Policy
