Join us for a day of practicing, thinking, and meeting fellow practitioners. We will have two Awareness Through Movement Lessons, an F.I. lab, and discussions around the theme: How are we becoming a supportive community with each other? Please bring your own blanket and lunch (and F.I. table if convenient). Snacks and tea will be provided.

Event Details: - ATMs: Renee Burg and Taba Alizoti are planning the ATMs which will directly tie into our F.I. practice. - F.I. Lab: We will have dedicated time for hands-on F.I. practice. I am bringing a table—if you are willing to bring yours as well, please let me know! - Discussion: We have scheduled time for both small and large group discussions. Please pre-register so we have a sense of how many people are coming.
