International Longevity Month Hike

We're out on the trails for International Longevity Month! The Alliance for Longevity Initiatives is teaming up with Dr. Barry Breaux (Co-Founder of Longevity for the People: https://longevityforthepeople.org/) for another one of our hikes through the beautiful redwoods at Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park. Come stretch your legs, breathe in that fresh forest air, and soak up some good energy surrounded by trees that have been around for centuries (talk about longevity goals). Whether you're deep into the longevity world or just love a good reason to get outside, this hike is all about moving your body, connecting with nature, and having a great time while doing it.
