Meditation • Movement • Mantra October 3rd 11am Meditation, Movement, and Mantra is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. This class is for anyone who enjoys slow, fluid movement and craves a little space to breathe, feel, and simply be. We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help us settle into the present moment, turn our attention inward, and let the noise of the outside world grow quieter. From that place of stillness, we’ll slowly begin to move our bodies, allowing our meditation to become a moving practice. Through gentle, flowing movements, we’ll explore what it feels like to listen to our bodies and follow their natural rhythm. You’re invited to move at your own pace, make each movement your own, and pause whenever you need. We’ll close with mantra, using repetition and sound as an anchor for our attention. This is a moment to bring our voices into the practice and let the experience settle before stepping back into the day. No previous experience with meditation, movement, or mantra is needed. Bring your curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself where you are. Come as you are, stressed, curious, or simply in need of a reset. Together, we’ll create space to feel more present, connected, and at home in ourselves.
