Girls’ Night Out: Women’s Self-Defense | Street Clothes Week

Grab your crew and join us for a fun Girls’ Night Out learning self-defense in your street clothes! Your next Girls’ Night Out could teach you something you’ll actually use. Join us at Xtreme Krav Maga & Fitness for a special Girls’ Night Out: Street Clothes Week Edition, an evening of practical women’s self-defense designed to be approachable, useful, and fun. For this class, we’re skipping the traditional workout clothes and training in what we actually wear in everyday life. Think jeans, work clothes, dresses, casual clothes, and everyday shoes. Why? Because real-world situations don’t wait until you’re dressed for the gym. You’ll have the opportunity to explore how everyday clothing can affect the way you move and respond while learning practical self-defense skills in a supportive training environment. What to expect: • Practical, hands-on women’s self-defense • Beginner-friendly instruction • Training in everyday clothing • A welcoming, supportive environment • No previous martial arts or self-defense experience required • All fitness levels welcome Bring Your Girls This one is meant to be shared. Bring your girlfriends, sisters, coworkers, or the woman who has been saying she wants to try self-defense but hasn’t made it onto the mat yet.
