Mahjong at the Center - Beginners and Open Play Tables

Join us in person for Mahjong fun, whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro! PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED, WALK INS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, INSTRUCTION AND OPEN PLAY BEGINS PROMPTLY AT 1 PM Mahjong at the Center - Beginners and Advanced Come join us for a fun-filled Mahjong session at the Center! Whether you’re just starting out or already an expert, this event is perfect for all skill levels. Our Mahj Instructor for beginners, Leslie Golan, will help get you connected. Meet new friends, sharpen your skills, and enjoy the classic game of Mahjong in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Don’t miss out on a great time of strategy, laughs, and new connections! 2026 National Mah Jongg League Inc. Official Oversize Cards available for purchase! The room will open at 12:50. If you arrive early you can explore the art exhibitions. No food is allowed in the Abraham and Margaret Chira Arts Auditorium. Sealed water bottles are allowed. If you sign up for Instruction, you are assigned to those tables which is group play. You can not move to an Open Play table as those are already filled. You are not allowed to bring your own sets and create your own program. Center Members can only sign up for one spot, if you register for more than one the additional will automatically be cancelled unless you are a Friend Level or Higher which gives you two registrations.
