Pasta Night - Autumn in Italy

Fall is hitting the pasta table! Join us for a hands-on Cooking Social inspired by the rich, comforting flavors of the season. Your evening begins with Chef Jorge’s Cantaloupe Aperol Spritz and Crispy Polenta Fries with Calabrian Chile Honey & Parmigiano-Reggiano before we tie on our aprons and get cooking. Chef Jorge will guide you step-by-step as we make fresh pasta dough from scratch, then roll, cut, fill and shape three completely different pastas. This isn't just a demonstration—you’ll be cooking alongside Chef and your fellow guests as we prepare the entire meal together. THE MENU Welcome Cocktail Cantaloupe Aperol Spritz Welcome Bite Crispy Polenta Fries with Calabrian Chile Honey & Parmigiano-Reggiano HANDMADE PASTA Pumpkin Tortellini with Brown Butter & Sage Handmade tortellini filled with pumpkin and finished with nutty brown butter, fresh sage and crushed amaretti. Pappardelle with Red Wine Bolognese Hand-cut wide pasta tossed with a rich, slow-simmered red wine Bolognese and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Charcoal Cavatelli with Creamy Butternut Squash Sauce Hand-shaped charcoal pasta with creamy butternut squash sauce, toasted hazelnuts and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Once the cooking is done, we’ll set out our autumn pasta feast, make a plate and sit down together to enjoy everything we’ve created. This is a Cooking Social.
