Join Chef Jorge Montes for a hands-on evening of fresh pasta, seasonal ingredients, and great company. Roll up your sleeves and join Chef Jorge Montes for Pasta Night: The Classics, a hands-on Cooking Social celebrating some of Italy’s most loved pasta dishes. Your evening begins with a refreshing Limoncello Spritzer and a Prosciutto Crostini with Ricotta & Truffle Honey before we tie on our aprons and get cooking. Chef Jorge will guide you step-by-step as we make fresh pasta dough from scratch, then roll, cut, fill and shape three different styles of pasta. This isn't just a demonstration—you’ll be working alongside Chef and your fellow guests as we cook the entire meal together. THE MENU Welcome Cocktail Limoncello Spritzer Welcome Bite Prosciutto Crostini with Ricotta & Truffle Honey Three-Cheese Ravioli with Pomodoro Sauce Fresh pasta filled with a creamy three-cheese ricotta filling and served with rustic hand-crushed tomato sauce. Linguine Aglio e Olio Hand-cut fresh linguine tossed with garlic, extra-virgin olive oil, Calabrian chili and parsley. Orecchiette with Sausage, Broccoli Rabe & Lemon Hand-shaped orecchiette tossed with Italian sausage, broccoli rabe, garlic, olive oil and fresh lemon. Once the cooking is done, we’ll set out our pasta feast, make a plate and sit down together to enjoy everything we’ve created. This is a Cooking Social. Come ready to cook, eat, learn, meet new people and have some fun in the kitchen. No previous cooking experience necessary—just bring your appetite! Parking: $5 parking available on site.
