Rich in Soul Sessions ✧ SOUND HEALING ✧ MATCHA

Rich in Soul Sessions is an intimate gathering designed to bring us out of our heads and back into our hearts. Through guided meditation, intentional connection, a rose ritual, sound healing, and open circle, we’ll create space to soften, receive, connect, and simply be witnessed. ✧ Heart-Opening Guided Meditation✧ Rose Intention Ritual✧ Mystic Mixer + Meaningful Connection✧ Sound Healing Journey✧ Open Soul Circle✧ Matcha ✧ THE EXPERIENCE We’ll begin by slowing down. A guided heart-opening meditation will bring you into your body before moving into our Mystic Mixer a playful series of intentional conversations designed to move beyond small talk and into meaningful connection. From there, you'll be invited to lie back and receive a restorative sound journey. And when the sound settles, the circle opens. Share what came through. Share how you're feeling. Share nothing at all. There is nothing to perform, prove, or become here. Just a room of humans remembering what happens when we give ourselves permission to open. Space is intentionally limited to keep the circle intimate. After the experience, join us at The Greenhouse Café for a mix + mingle and enjoy a complimentary matcha, courtesy of The Greenhouse. Your ticket includes: ✧ Complimentary matcha✧ Mix + mingle at The Greenhouse Café✧ Access to enjoy the resort pools and activations after the experience And there’s no need to rush home. Make a day of it. Stay for lunch, relax poolside, soak up sun rays, or cross over to the beach and spend the rest of your day by the ocean. Come for the practice. Stay for the community, the sunshine, and the reset.
