Did you know we host an Alzheimer’s Association® support group on the 2nd Monday of each month? Event Details: Date: 2nd Monday of Each Month Time: 5:15pm - 6:15pm Location: 3626 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL 33952 It is conducted by trained Alzheimer's Association facilitators and is a safe place for you to: • Develop a support system. • Exchange practical information on challenges and possible solutions. • Talk through issues and ways of coping. • Share feelings, needs and concerns. • Learn about community resources.
