Build Your AI Workforce: 4-Week AI Workshop for Small Business

This hands-on four-week workshop is built for small-business owners who want practical results—not generic demonstrations. Working with your real customers, services, voice, goals, and recurring tasks, you’ll build AI tools and workflows you can keep using after the workshop. Three ways to join: • Virtual — $99: Attend all four sessions live online with chat and Q&A participation plus 60-day recording access. • In person — $199: Reserve one seat for all four sessions at Dave & Buster’s with hands-on, in-room support. • In-person BOGO — $249 total for two: Only two BOGO packages remain. Bring another business owner and attend the complete workshop together. In-person attendance is limited to 15 total seats across the individual and BOGO options, and only two BOGO packages remain. Virtual attendance has separate availability. Four Monday sessions: • October 5: Identify what AI should handle • October 12: Teach AI your business • October 19: Build a real AI-assisted workflow • October 26: Create your 90-day implementation plan You’ll leave with: • Your AI Delegation Map • Your AI Business Brief • A working AI workflow • Your AI Instruction Library • A 90-day AI implementation plan In-person registration also includes access to a virtual midpoint makeup session and a private 30-minute strategy session focused on your business. Virtual registration includes the four live online sessions and recordings, but not the additional midpoint session or private consultation.
