Rooftop Pilates at Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center in Downtown Ft. Myers

Join Fit & Flow for a 45-minute Pilates class designed to build strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed. Whether you’re a Pilates regular or brand new to the practice, modifications will be offered throughout so you can move at your own pace. What to Know • Class happens rain or shine! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we have access to an indoor art gallery at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center and will move the class indoors. • Please enter through the back staircase located at the corner of Jackson St. and Bay St. • This is an adult-only class • Mats and props are provided. • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. • We recommend bringing water.
