Starting from Six Mile Cypress Slough parking lot Come join us in cleaning along Six Mile Cypress Pkwy to support Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve! Event Details: Bring sunscreen, bugs spray, hats, reusable water bottle, and a positive attitude!We will provide trash bags, grabbers, data collection sheets, and a limited number of extra gloves. Activities will include collecting trash, recording data on litter types, and enjoying a day outside with fellow community members. Parking Directions: Park at Six Mile Cypress Slough in the furthest spots down (see yellow lines on map). Meet for check-in by the sidewalk by the Six Mile Cypress sign near entrance (see blue pin on map). Carpooling is highly advised due to limited parking spaces!
