World Mental Health Day Yoga Flow

Movement AS Medicine. This World Mental Health Day, we’re creating space for you. Engage in mindful movement and try out new lululemon yoga styles in an all-levels-welcome event, led by yoga and meditation instructor, Sue Hamer, in partnership with Mind Body Movement Living Laboratory, a program of Providence Family Life Center, a 501 (C) (3) community services organization. It's an experience curated to immerse your senses and tune out distractions, so you can tune into you. After the session, stay for light bites, refreshments and connection during a private shopping experience for attendees before the store opens to the public.
