2026 Prosight (f/k/a RMA) Northern IN Chapter President/CEO Town Hall Event

Please join us for the 2026 President/CEO Town Hall Event, moderated and presented by the Nothern Indiana Chapter of Prosight! Join us for a rountable discussion with local banking executives. Topics discussed will include the current economic climate in NE Indiana and the state of the banking industry in our region. This event will be held in the Banquet Room located at Pine Valley Country Club. Admission will include a drink ticket and hors d'oeuvres. A cash bar will also be available. About Our Panelists Kevin Wright / President, STAR Financial Bank Kevin has been with STAR since 2008 and was promoted to President in August of 2022. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Taylor University, an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Butler University, is a graduate of Stonier Graduate School of Banking and earned a Leadership Certificate from the Wharton School of Business. Wright serves on several boards, including Providence Cristo Rey High School, the Indianapolis Zoo, and Indiana Statewide CDC. He’s also an active participant in the Community Depository Institution Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and Young Presidents’ Organization. Aaron Schaffer / President & CEO, Community State Bank Aaron Schaffer is President and CEO of Community State Bank and brings extensive experience in commercial banking and financial leadership. Prior to his current role, Aaron served as Chief Banking Officer, helping drive strategic growth and operational excellence within the banking industry. He also held leadership positions at First Merchants Bank, including Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager, where he managed commercial client relationships and delivered a broad range of banking solutions. He began building his banking career at Wells Fargo, where he held several roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Business Relationship Manager, Business Relationship Manager, and Credit Manager. David Shadburne / President & CEO, Midwest America Federal Credit Union David Shadburne joined Midwest America in February 2023. Prior to this position, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Park Community Credit Union, which he joined in 2015. David is very involved in his community, having served on various boards and participated in various community activities. He is a Licensed Attorney and Certified Public Accountant.
