Each session brings together expert speakers, meaningful conversations, and hands‑on tools that support everyday wellness in a warm, community‑centered environment. We meet every third Thursday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at The Dream Center, 1615 Wallace Street. Throughout the series, you’ll hear from professionals in mental health, nutrition, holistic healing, and movement as they guide participants through topics such as healthy eating, positive movement, sensory healing, stress management, and building supportive habits at home. Whether you’re looking to learn something new, connect with others, or take a positive step toward personal or family wellness, this series offers a welcoming space to grow.
