Join us for Pilates on the Farm – stretch, strengthen, and soak up the fresh country air vibes! Join us for Pilates on the Farm! Join us for a mat Pilates weekly session on Joseph Decuis Farm. This is the Classical beginner mat and weight series where we will focus on core strength and body toning for a GREAT workout. Ideally attend all five session and watch yourself improve and get stronger!

Mat class is led by Eliza Eshelman, nationally certified Pilates instructor. She is also the lead instructor at Club Pilates. Students may inquire about a free session at Club Pilates at attendance. Mats and props will be provided. Getting down to the mat from standing is a pre-requisite for attending. Modifications will be given to accomodate if needed.
