The Latino Leadership Pipeline, a leadership development program

The Latino Leadership Pipeline, a one-day training for Latino/Hispanic individuals interested in nonprofit board service Is back! We are excited to announce HLCNI’s 2nd Annual Workshop: The Latino Leadership Pipeline, a professional development program designed to prepare Latino/Hispanic individuals for nonprofit board service. This program was created to increase Latino/Hispanic representation on nonprofit boards and build a stronger, more inclusive community.
