Outdoor Pilates + coffee in the park. Every second Saturday, May–October at Salazar Park in Cypress Waters. Join us every second Saturday of the month for a 45-minute Full Body Burn class outdoors, followed by coffee and hang time at White Rhino Coffee. This is Carrie's signature workout — high-intensity, cardio-infused, and built for all levels — taken outside. Bring your mat and show up ready to move. After class, keep the morning going — grab a coffee and enjoy 10% off at White Rhino Coffee, then hang out in the park with your people.
