Gratitude Stones: A Teacher Wellness Art Workshop

Self-Care Art Therapy Workshop for Teachers In the midst of a busy school year, it's easy to overlook the moments of joy, resilience, and connection that sustain us. Join us for a relaxing and creative workshop where educators will paint and personalize gratitude stones as meaningful reminders of hope, encouragement, and self-care. Through guided reflection and artistic expression, participants will explore the practice of gratitude as a tool for reducing stress, building resilience, and fostering emotional well-being. Leave with a collection of beautifully painted stones to keep on your desk, in your classroom, or at home as daily reminders to pause, reflect, and appreciate the moments that fill your heart.
