Jade Heart Vibes Sound Bath

Join me for a relaxing sound bath to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul! Pay What You Can! Join me at Llamaste Yoga & Healing for a Jade Heart Vibes Sound Bath! I'll guide you through a moment of internal connection before the sound bath and a grounding meditation as we conclude. The sounds and vibrations from the crystal singing bowls will leave you feeling rejuvenated and balanced. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and connect with your mind, body, and spirit. Dress comfy and be prepared to lean into a peaceful state. I'll also have my handmade, Reiki-infused essential oil and crystal products available. Learn more at jade-heart.com. Please arrive early to give yourself time to park and get settled before we begin. I recommend arriving with enough time to lightly stretch before you lie down - the door opens 15 minutes before the Sound Bath and locks shortly after 3 pm. The studio has yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets for use, and I recommend you bring a pillow and eye mask if you have one. You are welcome to bring your own mat and blanket if you would like along with anything else you need to feel cozy. Wear comfortable clothes and kick off your shoes - all you have to do is be open to receive the good vibes! Let me know if you're coming by sending an energy exchange "Pay What You Can" payment. Please choose a payment method below so that I know you’re coming. There are 15 spots for this event.
