Make & Take: Side Dishes for Your Holiday Meal

Hands On. You will be cooking with a small team in this class. Age Restrictions For ages 18 & up Description With our guidance, you’ll assemble these delicious side dishes to accompany your holiday meal. Each recipe is designed to serve 4-6 people. We’ll provide freezer-ready disposable containers, and at the end of class, you can check these dishes off the list. You'll take freezing, defrosting and reheating instructions with you along with the dishes that you have created. For ages 18 & up. Menu • Potatoes au Gratin • Sourdough Bread Stuffing • Sweet Potato Casserole • Broccoli Rice Bake Safety & Precautions • At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School. • For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
