Step into a deeply calming and integrated experience designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, support nervous system regulation, and encourage overall well-being using three ancient healing practices: acupunture, sound, and himilayan salt. Join us in the beautiful salt cave at Altered States Wellness for a morning of Auricular Therapy & Sound Immersion with Dr. Christine Koehler, LPC-S, ADS. During this intimate small-group session, guests will relax in our Himalayan salt cave while immersed in soothing sound therapy featuring healing frequencies from sound bowls, chimes, and gong vibrations. Guests will receive a customized auricular acupuncture experience and may choose between: • $44: Sound experience + 2 acupuncture needles per ear OR 2 ear seeds per ear • $11 per additional needles or ear seeds (can be requested at the event) Dr. Christine utilizes the 5-Point Protocol, a gentle and widely used auricular acupuncture method traditionally used to support recovery from addiction, mood disorders, stress, anxiety, and other mental or behavioral health concerns.
