Sunday Reset Community Sound Bath

Join us for Sunday Reset—a peaceful sound bath experience designed to help you rest, release stress, and recharge. Sunday Reset Metamorphosis: A Community Sound Bath Experience Give yourself permission to pause... and emerge renewed. Just as a butterfly transforms within the safety of its cocoon, we, too, need moments of stillness to rest, reflect, and restore. Between work, family, and the constant demands of everyday life, it's easy to pour into everyone else while forgetting to care for yourself. Sunday Reset: Metamorphosis invites you to step away from the noise and into an intentional space of peace and renewal. Join Maroon 9 Community Enrichment Organization and The Authenticity Movement for an immersive sound bath experience guided by Charles & Leittia Leonard. Through soothing sound vibrations, mindfulness, and deep relaxation, you'll be encouraged to release stress, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself—leaving refreshed and ready for the week ahead. Whether this is your very first sound bath or part of your wellness journey, no experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow yourself the gift of rest.
