Let's witness the shift from summer's heat into early fall, during the weekend of the fall equinox. In rhythm with the seasons’ offerings, we will intentionally slowly connect to the beauty and wisdom of the moment. Explore patterns and narratives in nature such as the weather, the time of day, season of the year. Incorporating elements of Ayurveda, the "science of life", and following guidance from nature to support mental health and promote balance. Offerings linked to seasons and or in preparation for transitions. During each seasonal shift on the wheel of the year, we will turn inward and tap into ancient wisdom and earth based practices, to connect with what our natural system needs right now.
