Join us on Saturday, September 26th for a 45 minute mat strength class taught by Mullainy Fine, studio manager of the Back Bay location! And we're excited to have Aquify joining the day as well. Aquify will be on-site offering B12 shots and wellness services to help you recharge and feel your best after class. Get ready to move with STRONG! This high-energy, full-body mat strength class combines bodyweight strength, core work, and dynamic conditioning for a challenging, low-impact workout. Expect controlled movements, spicy sequences, and plenty of STRONG energy as we build strength, stability, and endurance from head to toe. All levels are welcome- get ready to feel STRONG. Ticket includes the 45 minute class, one mimosa (with your juice of choice) and complimentary patatas bravas for your table if you decide to join us for brunch!
