Fall Sound Bath & Painting at Suntarra Farm

A restorative autumn afternoon of sacred sound, creativity, and connection with the land. Escape the busyness of everyday life and join us for a nourishing fall afternoon at beautiful Suntarra Farm. Surrounded by peaceful energy, you’ll be invited to slow down, calm your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy the healing combination of nature, sacred sound, and creative expression. We’ll begin with a mindful walk around the farm, taking in the colors, textures, and beauty of the season. Then, settle comfortably beneath the open sky for a restorative sound bath by Bethany. The soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, and other healing instruments will help quiet your mind and guide you into a deeper state of rest. Following the sound bath, Tina Brar will guide you through a relaxed, nature-inspired painting experience. No artistic experience is needed! This is not about creating a “perfect” painting ~ it’s an invitation to play, explore, and allow your creativity to flow. You may also want to bring water, sunscreen, and layers appropriate for the weather. This is an outdoor experience, so please dress comfortably and wear shoes suitable for walking around the farm.
