Halloween HYROX Reps & Recovery

Join your favorite Dallas PTs and strength coaches for a HYROX-partner workout, complimentary physical therapy consultations and recovery! Join us for Hybrid Reps & Recovery! A partner-based community race simulation combining running, strength, and functional movements used in HYROX. You’ll work alongside a partner to complete the workout, sharing exercises and encouraging each other throughout the class. Sign up with a partner or register individually and we’ll pair you with someone! Hang out for complimentary physical therapy consultations with licensed physical therapists Dr. Brielle Okenfuss and Dr. Whitley Madison. We're bringing all the recovery goodness your tired legs deserve. Stay afterwards to sip on a refreshment & make a new bestie! No hybrid racing experience is required. Come ready to move, challenge yourself, and connect with the Dallas fitness community!
