Elliot Bergman at The Land School

Artist Elliot Bergman and ensemble spatially and sonically activate our Auditorium across two days of live performance. We invite you to join us as our creative partner, International Anthem, welcomes artist Elliot Bergman to The Land School. Bergman will be joined by an ensemble featuring Erik Hall, Ben LaMar Gay, and Quin Kirchner to present two performances on his new Bass Box Marimba, constructed from organ pipes salvaged from a Chicago-area church. Known for integrating sound, sculpture, and performance into immersive artistic experiences, Bergman’s visual art practice focuses on handcrafted bronze bells, gongs, and sculptural instruments that explore rhythm, ritual, and vibration. Reserve your spot to join us on Friday, October 23, from 7 to 9 PM or Saturday, October 24, from 3 to 5 PM to experience the performances live.
