Do you find old habits are preventing you from acceptance abundance? Are there people in your energy field that are draining to you and are distractions? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this meditation is for you. We will: • Get grounded and release overthinking. • Get honest about your needs. • Acknoweldge points of the body that may be attached to others desires. • Start the releasing process to detatch from old habits and addictions. What to bring? • Headphones • Journal • Pen • Sage or Candle • Yoga Mat • Pillow • Eye Mask • Essential Oil
