Slow Flow Sundays : A Beginner Friendly Yoga Class

Rest & Connect in this beginner friendly yoga class. A gentle, candlelit introduction to a daily movement practice. Join us for a FREE community yoga class on Sunday, October 11th at Definition Theatre. This beginner friendly yoga class is designed to be a warm introduction to a Hatha Yoga practice. In a slow-paced, one hour session students will explore foundational poses, breathwork, and meditation. Slow Flow Sundays aims to connect south and west side communities with movement and creative spaces. At the end of class, students are encouraged to enjoy an herbal tea blend and chat with classmates. Please arrive 10-15 mins early and bring a yoga mat. $10 suggested donation. Meet the Instructor: Tosh is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Instructor who completed training at Reflections Yoga Center in 2015. Rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa traditions, her teaching style emphasizes alignment, synching breathe-to-movement and meditation.
