Meet the three 'Missing Middle' development teams selected to build nearly 40 housing units on 19 City-owned lots. The Missing Middle Housing Initiative is a neighborhood repopulation strategy leveraging City land and financing for contemporary, market-rate home construction. Teams will introduce themselves, share their proposed 'Missing Middle' designs and answer questions from attendees.
