Beginner Didgeridoo Workshop (September 24)

Ever want to learn to play the didgeridoo, but maybe it's been a little intimidating to know where to start? Or do you have some basics down but want more guidance on specific techniques? This class will give you an opportunity to learn how to create sounds and rhythms on one of the oldest instruments in the world. You definitely don't have to know how to circular breathe - you just need to come with curiosity. Didgeridoos will be provided for everyone, but if you happen to have one, you can bring yours from home. This event is led by Geoffrey Lamden, a sound therapist and professional musician who has been playing the didgeridoo for over 25 years. He teaches with a playful, laid-back style that puts people of all skill levels at ease while exploring the world of sound. This class is for anyone ages 12 and over.
