Come explore your inner world and experience sound as medicine for your soul. Guiding you through this decadent evening or rest and recalibration is Geoffrey Lamden and Catherine Brown. Geoffrey has been working with sound and vibratory response for over 30 years. He is a sound therapist who has offered one-on-one sessions with clients since 2016. He uses singing bowls, tuning forks and the didgeridoo offering sonic massage, working with the nervous system and meridian points. Catherine is a Reiki Master and Akashic Records consultant who has a formal formation in shamanic healing and loves to play indigenous instruments from around the world that evoke the sounds of nature. She leads sacred medicine ceremonies in which sound is used greatly to guide individuals through their unique healing journey. With most sound baths, the sound is just around you, but here there will be times when sound is put directly on your body with previous consent for a more intimate and interactive therapeutic experience. Improvised yet personalized for each moment as it is happening, a wide range of instruments plus tools like tuning forks will be used. Bring a yoga mat, a couple of blankets, an eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes, a pillow - anything you need to make yourself as cozy as possible as you lie down to receive this sound work.
