Elemental Gong Bath

Join us for an evening of deep gong resonances, which are scientifically proven to slow down human brainwave patterns from active beta states into relaxed alpha, theta, or delta states. Your brain can not predict the pattern of the gong, so quickly shuts down and begins to rest. We will sonically explore the four elements of earth, water, air and fire, bringing you with us in a journey towards balance and integration. Guiding you through this rest and recalibration is Geoffrey Lamden and Catherine Brown. Geoffrey has been working with sound and vibratory response for over 30 years. He is a sound therapist who has offered one-on-one sessions with clients since 2016. He uses singing bowls, tuning forks and the didgeridoo offering sonic massage, working with the nervous system and meridian points. Catherine is a Reiki Master and Akashic Records consultant who has a formal formation in shamanic healing and loves to play indigenous instruments from around the world that evoke the sounds of nature. She leads sacred medicine ceremonies in which sound is used greatly to guide individuals through their unique healing journey.
