A label mic would be really helpful. The space was open and with a large class it was hard to catch all the details because she had to direct her attention across the group which meant turning her head. She did a wonderful job checking on all groups to help them with cooking. The food was very tasty and surprisingly simple to make especially with such great explanation and direction. So glad we went! Will recommend to my friends!
