Join Nurse Jesse at MoonRoot for She Rose, a two-hour gathering that invites you to slow down, turn inward, and explore the beauty of becoming. About the Experience She Rose is an immersive workshop that invites participants into a sacred pause; a space to reconnect with themselves through reflection, mindfulness, connection, poetry, and the symbolic wisdom of the rose. This experience explores themes of resilience, healing, personal growth, and the natural cycles of transformation that shape our lives. Rooted in both contemplative practice and timeless spiritual symbolism, She Rose offers a nourishing opportunity to cultivate self-awareness, open the heart, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within. Participants leave feeling grounded, inspired, and more deeply connected to themselves, one another, and the beauty of becoming. Meet Your Facilitator: Nurse Jesse Nurse Jesse is a registered nurse, poet, speaker, podcast host, and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and navigate life's most transformative experiences with courage and authenticity. With backgrounds in exercise science, nursing, trauma-informed coaching, health and wellness, and healthcare innovation, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Through her poetry books, the Healing for Hearts and Minds with Nurse Jesse podcast (Apple & Spotify), speaking engagements, and coaching, Jesse inspires others to cultivate resilience, trust themselves, and embrace wholehearted, meaningful lives.
