Sacred Rage - Women’s Rage Release

A women’s rage release. A place to move through your anger in a loving, embodied way. Breath, movement, sound, no fixing, no judgement. On Sunday November 15th, from 2-4 pm we’re gathering at Connected Journey for 2 hours of somatic practices, sharing, and community with other women to come into contact with the anger and the rage that you have been suppressing. Maybe you learned to make yourself smaller, softer, more palatable. Maybe you’ve been afraid to access your anger, or maybe you just don’t know what to DO with the current of anger you feel. Anger isn’t a problem. Anger is energy. It’s the clean no, it’s the language of boundaries, it protects and defends. Anger is the energy of love. This is not anger management. This is not love and light where we downplay anger. This is a space where your rage gets witnessed, not fixed, not judged, not turned away from. We’ll move through: • Sacred Rage. Breath, movement,sound, dropping out of the head and into the felt sense of anger in your body • Sacred Sound - a mini sound bath at the end, Settling, integrating, letting it land Bring your good-girl suppression. Bring the anger you’ve been holding in.
