Free Child Abuse Prevention Training for Adults (IN PERSON AT HOPE HOUSE)

Stewards of Children is a 2.5-hr program that trains adults on specific, concrete actions they can take to protect children from abuse. This FREE class will be taught in person at Hope House, 223 W 28th Avenue in Covington, from 6-8:30PM. Any adult is welcome, regardless of whether they work with children, have kids of their own, etc. Registration is required, as free dinner and refreshments will also be provided. IMPORTANT: A 24-hour advance notice of your registration cancellation is required, as food will be ordered in advance for all attendees. ***NOTE: If you see that this training has sold out online, please email [email protected] to be placed on the wait list. We may still be able to accommodate you.*** For every one adult that takes this free training, it is estimated that 10 children are safer and less likely to become victims of sexual abuse.
