Lunch & Learn: AI in Business

Finding Your Organization's AI Advantage While Leaving the AI Hype Behind AI can help organizations work faster, reduce costs, improve service, and uncover new opportunities but also introduce new risks, amplify bad decisions, or expose their business to legal, ethical and reputational challenges. So,organizations must approach AI with sound judgment, ethics and responsible AI practices forefront in their strategic thinking. Join Dr. James Norrie for a practical look at how organizations can identify the AI opportunities that matter most while avoiding the ones that create more risk than reward. Using his published SAFER AI framework, session attendees can immediately apply it to evaluate potential use cases, prioritize investments, and maintain the human judgment necessary for responsible AI adoption. Learn why choosing a "winning model" is both a bad idea and not strategic at all: instead focus on multi-model, agentic and emerging applications intended to address how organizations and their employees can create Ai collaborations that work from day one. The goal is not simply to use more AI. The goal is to use AI better. By focusing on safe, scalable, and strategic applications, organizations can generate stronger returns on both their investment and their intelligence. Lunch is included!
