Team Up to Clean Up The Raceway

A Collaborative Cleanup with Manada Conservancy & Swatara Watershed Association Join Manada Conservancy and the Swatara Watershed Association for a community cleanup at Manada’s Raceway property along Swatara Creek in Middletown Borough! In conjunction with Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful’s Pick Up Pennsylvania initiative, Ocean Conservancy, and the International Coastal Cleanup, we’re teaming up to help keep our local waterways and natural spaces clean. Whether you’re passionate about conservation or simply want to give back to your community, your help makes a difference. Spend an afternoon outdoors working alongside fellow volunteers to remove litter and care for this important natural area. What’s Provided Gloves, high-visibility vests, and trash bags will be provided, along with water and light refreshments. Important Information • Parking and event meet up will be at Frey Manor Park (street parking is also available). • Volunteers must be 18 or older due to the nature of materials that may be encountered during the cleanup. • Please wear comfortable outdoor clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes suitable for walking on uneven terrain. • Come prepared for outdoor conditions. Help us make a difference for Swatara Creek and the surrounding landscape. We hope to see you there!
