Over three days (Thursday–Saturday), you’ll have the space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the One who restores your soul. This retreat is not about productivity or professional growth — it’s about presence. Through guided soul-care sessions, Christ-centered yoga, worship, journaling, and restorative time in nature, you’ll rediscover what it means to abide and dwell in His love. Let this be your time to refill what has been poured out — to remember that you, too, are God’s dwelling place. Theme Verse: “Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.” — Psalm 91:1 Retreat Details & Ticket Information Ticket Price: $797 (Includes all sessions, meals, and retreat materials) Dates: Thursday–Saturday Location: Silver Spring Retreat Center, Mechanicsburg, PA Deposit Policy: A $300 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to hold your space. Should you be unable to attend, this deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant. If the retreat is canceled by Graceful Balance, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. 🕊️ Your Ticket Includes: • 2 nights, 3 days of lodging in a cozy shared retreat house (single & bunk beds) • All meals provided (Thursday dinner through Saturday breakfast) • Guided soul-care sessions & devotionals • Gentle Christ-centered movement, stretching, & breath prayer • Nature connection & creative reflection activities • Worship, journaling, and community circles • Quiet spaces for solitude and rest • Fellowship with a like-hearted community of helpers & healers 🏡 Retreat House Amenities: • 6 bedrooms (sleeps 19) • 1 room with 2 beds • 3 rooms with 3 beds • 2 rooms with 2 bunk beds each • 5 bathrooms (3 with showers) • Fully equipped kitchen • Large dining room • Two meeting rooms (one with fireplace) • Back deck, front porch, and outdoor fireplace with picnic tables • TV monitor & CD player • Wi-Fi • Heated and air-conditioned • Off-street parking 🧺 What to Bring: • Pillow, twin sheets, and blanket (no bed linens provided) • Bath towel and personal toiletries • Comfortable clothing for movement and rest • Journal and Bible • Yoga Mat • Optional: cozy sweater, slippers, favorite tea or coffee mug (Paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning supplies are provided.) 🌸 Please Note: Space is limited to 14 participants to preserve the intimate, restful nature of this experience. Tickets are non-refundable due to the nature of retreat bookings but may be transferred to another participant.
