The Festive Glass: Holiday Mocktails

A beautiful drink does not need alcohol to feel festive. In this class, we’ll create a collection of mocktails using fresh ingredients, unexpected flavor pairings, and simple techniques you can easily recreate at home. Expect bight citrus, fresh herbs, warming spices, and a few surprises. We’ll explore how to balance flavors, along with simple ways to make drinks look as good as they taste. You’ll leave with ideas you can use for holiday entertaining or any occasion. The recipes are simple, the ingredients are fresh, and there’s plenty of room to play with flavor. These are drinks you’ll actually want to make again. • 1.5 hours • Demonstration style • Taste + inspiration to take home • Tuesday, December 8, 2026 • 5:30 pm • BYOB • Drinks available for purchase downstairs • This class may contain dairy, gluten or nuts • Gluten free options available • not a dedicated gluten free facility
