Full description from organizerShow less
An afternoon of heart opening cacao, grounding breathing, and gentle integration. Release Mental Clutter & Find Your Voice with Cacao An intentional, heart-centered gathering designed to help you transition from the busy mind into the body. Guided by our own facilitator, Dr. Lauren (our chiropractor!), we will mindfully sip pure, raw heirloom cacao—known by the ancient Mayans as the 'food of the Gods'. The ceremony weaves together focused intention-setting, calming breathwork, and restorative drumming to clear emotional blockages and foster a deep sense of relational warmth and inner peace.
